Sloppy game, but I'll take the W. Missed FTs aside, I dont understand what we're trying to do on offense. Guards are passing up wide open perimeter shots off of the screens. Why? We have the bodies to clean up the misses, and at least 3 good shooters. If those guys hit those shots at a reasonable clip, that opens up so much more that we just didn't see tonight. Guards need to step it up.

Collins turned quiet a few. Hit the FT and this is not even close.

How should he address it?  Are you under the assumption that they never practice free throws?

I was a former manager and most coaches spend about 5% of the time on free throws. The only time they practiced them was at the end where the coach had each player step up to the line for 2. Gregory might be different but if was me each would have to hit 20 before practice began and then 20 more once it ended

I think a lot of the problem with free throws is that they aren’t practiced enough from a young age. IMO kids don’t see them as “cool”, they’d rather practice dunks and crazy passing. The fundamentals seem to be lacking.

Did I say anything factually incorrect? I guess you just want the facts that make you feel good. By the way, the team got the rim frequently.

Keep up the good work sunshine 🌞

Was at the game tonight. It was the greatest, most terrible game I have ever seen. Gregory has this team playing hard and not quitting. In his post-game radio interview he had all the right things to say. Said that the guards, especially Collins, have to get more aggressive with their shot selection.

The officiating was atrocious. The game had no flow and it did seem like a disproportionate amount of course calls went against us and too few went our way.

Love it or hate it, a win is a win. This team is 2-0 and heading to Jamaica with two games against decent competition in Ohio and Georgetown. I remain blissfully optimistic about this team and it's continued improvement as the season progresses. Go Bulls!

They had been on this player ever since a flagrant 1 earlier in the game.  A couple of times he turned around and smiled at the fan(s) but at the end something was said and the player was restrained when he jumped the bench.  He never made it to the stands and the fan waved and walked away.  There was a pow-wow with one of their assistants and Barry Clements and the security staff after it was over.
