Agree with CR.  For anyone that’s been around.  This program was built on defense.  We didn’t defeat Top 25 teams in our first decade of existence in offensive shootouts.  Look at our NFL draft histor

I saw passion on the sideline between player and coach.  Both want to win. 

Player had to be sat for his actions and I'm sure Blue was spoken to by CCS.  For those that have never played things sometimes boil over.  This isn't Madden. It's for real.

Im glad he sat him. Team needs discipline. He wouldn't have helped anyway!

Yea we did have some good years with defense...much better play that we have now.  It just seems so long ago though that it seems like such a distant memory.

CCS isn’t going anywhere, however, It would be nice if he made some changes to the offense in the off-season, ie dumping veer and shoot and moving to a spread attack.

Not beating teams above .500 by season’s end is also a memory.  At least we used to teams we were supposed to up until yesterday.
