Lossess happen get over it. What do u want to continue hiring new coaches, only for them to be poached by the P5? Get over it, we lost and all we can do is try to win our remaining games.

I think the talent level isn't as high as you think it is.  We lost the playmakers and run-stoppers to graduation.  Any better coach is going to get snatched up by a team in a real conference.
