Fire?  No.  Be happy if another team comes calling?  Probably.  I know it's dumb considering the guys record here but idunno I've seen other teams/coaches piece together better units (like defense) while we still have iffy defense/special teams/and offense that appears predictable at times. 

Wheres the story about the coaches converting some kid to a defensive position and helping him achieve success?  (Like a George Selvie..unfair to use one of our best alums but whatever) Maybe there are stories out there like that, but I haven't heard em so it makes me think why not try something else.  

Again I know it's only year two but I can't help but remember what another coach nearby did after just 2 years.

Careful for what you wish.'...I have seen days that we would all have been excited for 7-1.....are we sure there is a proven coach who is seeing USF is their dream job?

I could have beaten myself off while coaching and we’d be 7–1....Strong is terrible and doesn't  know how to maximize this FL talent he has.
