NO excitement or enthusiasm from coaches at all. I sit in row k at RJ and the coaches are blah...  Geriatric coaching.  The coaches have a J.O.B., not a drive to succeed!!

These young players need charisma and hype. They need to have fun playing the game they love.  Otherwise they check out.  Look at Houston sideline vs ours.

We need a coach who plays a spread, uptempo, aggressive offense. The kids in Florida want to go fast, get out in space, etc.

Hate to say it, but I am thinking the game has passed up Strong's style of play.  Houston does not have better athletes than we do.  UCF does not have better athletes than we do.  The top teams in this conference is all about putting points on the board.  Not just running up running stats.  Slow and plodding with a weak offense is not going to bring us a chanmpionship.  we can stay in the top 4 or 5 in the conference, but we aren't getting to where we want to be with this style of play.

their WRs and QB make our Defense look like schoolboys in one on one situations, they're better athletes

Even our pass plays don't allow our playmakers to make plays.  We never hit anyone while they are moving.  They catch and are stationary when they catch.  All 8 to 10 yards outside the numbers no chance for YAC.

All they run are curls, cruises, and nines.  No slants, no digs, no crosses.  The only YACs are on deep balls.

Is that why they are dropping passes?

Could be. Or maybe it has something to do with whatever is or isn’t going on in practice.

We never have receivers that can catch consistently
