These young players need charisma and hype. They need to have fun playing the game they love.  Otherwise they check out.  Look at Houston sideline vs ours.

Even our pass plays don't allow our playmakers to make plays.  We never hit anyone while they are moving.  They catch and are stationary when they catch.  All 8 to 10 yards outside the numbers no chance for YAC.
