They were monsters! Announcers compared us to the monsters of midway a few times. (This is back when the bears were good)

All this is true...for the first 7 games then they hit the ****** down the stretch when it mattered.

Davis laid another brutal hit on a UMass RB. Amazed they didn't hit him with a targeting call on that kickoff though. I've seen people get flagged for far less obvious hits than that. He's fun to watch though, and the Lejiste comparison is a good one...

Yes, that hit was savage,  but he hit him with his shoulder below the shoulder.
