Just received copy of results of #USF's OCS feasibility study, and it's a doozy (171 pages). Going through it now, but it opens with letter to Board of Trustees indicating Football Center is Priority 1.

It's estimated by this study that a new OCS could generate roughly $15.8 million in net operating revenue and incur $4.2 million in operating expenses, resulting in a net income of roughly $11.7 million before debt service in first year. #USF

Wonder if there is a copy of this study online somewhere.  Overall it seems in his tweets it supports the eventual building of a non bounce house type stadium

If his 2nd tweet is accurate, then that is all you need to know about making this a priority.  We are losing our ass on the lease agreement to use Ray Jay.

Not necessarily.  You don't know what the debt service on the stadium would be.
