I thought Houston did a nice job on their metal stadium a few years back.

Why would they build that when there is a perfectly good NFL stadium? Just isn't feasible .......

I've never really wondered ..... most are because of necessity.

Either have I until I was told it wasn't feasible.

According to the report, to maintain a debit service coverage of 1.65 we could afford about $100 million in bonds. At 4.5% for 30 years, that's an annual debt service payment of $6.1 million.

Makes sense.  We are not going to sell bonds to cover the whole thing.  There is a way for it to work.  Stop talking about, stop studying it, and either do it or don't

There has always been people that wanted an OCS.  Some just feel it adds to the experience I guess

Hey I'm wondering how many of these programs that they are always comparing our attendance to have their students traveling 10 miles from campus to attend games . I honestly believe when the OCS is built the attendance will explode.

If you're talking about student attendance exploding, probably, hopefully, correct. Absolutely nothing's been presented to evidence that non-student attendance would increase, however .... if there was, the ocs would be a lot more of a front burner project than now.

Easy solution.

Get 240 TBP'ers together and draw straws.

Each then buys a $1m insurance policy on the lucky guy, payable to USF Athletics OCS Fund, and we then call Cousin Vinny to take care of business.

Done.

If his 2nd tweet is accurate, then that is all you need to know about making this a priority.  We are losing our ass on the lease agreement to use Ray Jay.

The stadium shortfall is $110 million for the type preferred by those polled, Colorado States. That’s a massive amount.

Is increased student attendance not enough of a reason to move forward?  Students eventuallly turn into non-students with memories of what it was like to attend as students.  But this is progress for you, glad you are coming around.  :)
