Yuengling was a staple at many parties I attended while at USF.  While I wouldn't now say it's awful, the rise of craft beer and so many delicious styles has rendered Yuengling and those like it to second-tier status.

This would be the reason; definitely would be nice to drink from time to time as a nostalgia thing. I'm definitely not drinking Natty Ice or Bush Light to reminisce. If I'm drinking beer it is only IPA's at this point but sometimes it's nice to take a trip back to my time in school and considering the other options I drank back then Yuengling is by far the less bad option.
