Need cup holders and seat backs. Don’t need a club lounge though.

Once practice goes indoors most of the other teams in the state have lost their edge. To justify the expense you have to use it, and while I can’t guarantee it. I think it will become the primary practice facility and we may follow a similar fate. That’s all I’m saying

Wrong.

C dot's 2013 season & this current one...

Nothing soft about them...

NOTE: i remember watching ESPN's special about G. O'leary and his practice mechanics in the IPF right before their BCS bowl game...

This one is expensive; but seems to be worth the $31 million price tag. However, it may cost $50 million today.

Note that Vandy built the OCS first, that's what Big Time programs do.

I said most, not all the teams in the state. Dolphins fans and others have mentioned it. One exception doesn’t change anything. I know it depends on how it’s used and what your training regiment is like. That’s why I added a caveat. It is entirely possible that it could make us better, but it all depends on how we use it

Agree.  Also add cover over the "club seats" for protection from the sun and rain.  I know a lot on here need a lounge/bar with a/c to go mingle and hide out of the sun, but with an OCS that can be very small to maybe accommodate 1000 people that want to make the donation for that.  I think most people are willing make the donation for a real chair back with cup holder and shade.

When conference tv money rains down on you and you have the alumni and a prestigious academic history you don't have to make hard decisions. Oh and getting an initial $1,000,000 endowment from the Commodore in 1873 doesn't hurt either.
