Some of these posts are hilarious. Apparently they lose their televised games, hence the comment they wish it wasn't on tv.

I'm sure they'll review film of the Tulane-Tulsa game as well. That was the Tulane offense at it's best. I doubt they are looking past Tulane. They know that this type of offense is one they haven't seen yet, and CCS will have them ready for it. I don't take any of these teams for granted, but UCF is the only team on the schedule I'm  worried about.

For clarification, Tulane as a team doesn't worry me. UCF and Houston are the only teams that have the talent/speed to compete with us if we play well. My concerns are more based in my perception of our current shortcomings than they are Tulane's quality of play/players. Although their gimmick offense does factor into the equation for me.

Understood.  Our defense has done pretty well against the run though, so hopefully we're able to stuff their run. We shall see.

Houston is not on the  Florida schools level IMO. No D what so ever. Houston is not even top 50 in total D, as evidenced by last night.

Houston has been outscored 103-49 in the second half in conference play. The D starts off solid but then folds like a tent in the second half.

Houston has the talent and athleticism,  they just haven't put it together.

And until they do, they are bad.  Not terrible, just bad.

And people say we are negative!  My favorite quote was, "Tulane up 10 at half, loses by 30."
