Just something to think about.   Also did not realize the plan is for artificial turf.

I hate the artificial turf idea. I get it, it saves $, but come on, we are in a state that is billed as the SUN SHINE STATE...you want to put plastic down instead? Hell, give me a bag of fertilizer and a water hose and you should be good to go in Florida.

Turf helps with our team speed. But honestly if someone is going to donate the turf, I'll take it. Less money we spend, the better. The savings can go to other parts of the stadium.

Turf part of the study was just the initial part to keep cost down I'm guessing.  I don't think it would ever happen.

*shudder* ... Although, some NFL stadiums have field level boxes now and I guess they're just throwing the really poor man's version of those out there. Seems like a really dumb idea having those thing field level to begin with, though.
