Agree with this. The status of the team right now does not make this a "trap" in my opinion. I think the attitude is that we aren't playing well enough to get cocky and CC/ QF know this. We will continue playing hard and trying to improve as we continue through the season. I just don't think we have that "cocky, falling for the trap game" vibe about us.

Taking my green and gold glasses off for a minute.  Those Vegas guys know what they're doing and they see this as a closer game than Cinci.   I wouldn't touch this game.

Tulane has played much better at home than on the road. Their defense is pretty good, much better than Cinci and we only scored 2 offensive TDs against Cinci.  We would not have hit the 30 point if not for Augie's int for a TD.  Tulane has tabbed this game as "Yulman Fest" whatever that means so they should have a good crowd.    I think we win, but it will be harder than most think.  If the offense is clicking on all cylinders, we win easily.  We can not have a slow start and for the love of God please cut down on all the stupid penalties.  Don't make it easy on Tulane.

With all that being said, I'll be there cheering our boys on.

The seniors on this team will take care of the importance of this game. No doubt we win but I am worried about the 30 point streak.

I have a hard time believing we don't easily cover this spread.  It does appear Tulane plays better at home and I would completely agree that the guys in LV seem to know better than I do but Tulane just lost to FIU by 13 points.  I think we win big and we keep the 30+ streak going.

Tulane plays much better at home. Lost to Navy by just 2. Put up 60 or so on Tulsa. They will be fighting to get bowl eligible. Can’t afford to start slow.

What makes this game unique is this QB can run.  Tulane is going to try and run the ball down our throats and play keep away.  This game will not be easy.
