Guaranteed win? No, no guarantees if we come out flat in conference games. We've got a way to go before we can guarantee anything.

We will win big. Gilbert will get his head out of his ass and we will see a good display of offense.

They will watch the game film and realize they need to change the play calling.

I really hope QF talks to Gilbert and Strong and pleads to "take off the leash!"

Q better be able to hit the short out patterns or we will get a repeat from last week. Uconn is not going to let us throw long on too many occasions.

I admire the confidence but our overall blocking has taken a big step back due to the change in the offense philosophy. Only hope is that the defense steps up and gets USF a couple TDs off turnovers. If the USD defense does not show up against Uconn we may lose as I just have the same confidence in the offense as I did last season.

Some of you guys must be confusing guarantees with pride. I've got loads of pride, just not loads of confidence in what we've seen so far. I'm glad our first conference foe is UConn, but that's all I'll say about that game...until the game.

Unfortunately there are no guarantees in football.  I just hope the offense plays better and there are no special teams gaffes like we've seen the first 2 weeks.  If that happens, the rest will take care of itself.

btw.  Do we know if Shierriffs is starting at QB or are they going back to the other guy?

Not yet.

Edsall says that  he will provide the two deep tomorrow, but that doesn't mean he will announce his starting QB.

I think he will say it will be a game time decision, to keep us guessing.
