Our lease was up anyway. As far as the numbers compared to what we were paying per game previously I'd imagine they are pretty similar. There is a 5 year option at the end of the 6 years and a 2 year notice if we are to break the lease. 

 

Aside fromneeding to to work something out anyway this is a pretty good lease for us IMO. We are no where near an OCS in reality; especially when finances are concerned and this seems like a reasonable lease although it would have been nice to get some kick back on concessions.

So what you're saying is, the Glazers had nothing to do with building the stadium, they were just part of a group of 2-4 donors who funded roughly 50% of the cost?

Absolutely. They should only give to their city. Just like every other NFL owner donates to their local college instead of their alma mater.
