Every University should have an OCS, it's a social justice issue. Have students squatting on MoSI property until the county turns it over.

Did anyone watch the SMU game?  Did you notice all the people at the game?  There were plenty outside the stadium with their great tailgate set up.  People didn't go in the stadium after tailgating.  I just don't see how an OCS helps our attendance issues. Some people want to drink and then go to a football game.  Seems like there were more at SMU that wanted to drink and then continue drinking outside the football stadium.
