Oregon fans blame Frost and thought Helfrich was this genius and that Frost no longer being OC would be an upgrade before the season.

 

Frost goes to UCF and brings Chinander(Oregon LB coach) and turned the UCF Defense around immediately while Oregon has Brady Hoke turn them into one of the worst defenses in America.

I don't see willie leaving usf for Oregon since he has ties to the area while he would have to establish ties all the way across the country at Oregon. Frost is the opposite he has no ties to Florida but plenty of ties to Oregon

I speculate this is more about contract renegotiation with USF than actually going to Oregon. We'll see.
