Per an article from our buddy Bret McMurphy he lists Willie Taggart as one of the candidates.  I don't see it happening but does this create the domino effect that could lead to his exit?  Other names listed are Dan Mullen, Larry Fedora, Jim McElwain, Scott Frost, Bryan Harsin, Dana Holgerson, and PJ Fleck.  Hope this doesn't affect us, but we'll see what happens.

If any of those 3 left their respective schools I'd wager CWT is in the top 5 list for each of them... and if UF or UNC come calling I wouldn't doubt he's gone.

I really don't see CWT going anywhere, at least not this year. If McElwain were to leave - a big if - I can't see UF hiring CWT. I don't think CWT would leave for a P5 job outside the southeast UNLESS it's truly a top-tier job. UNC doesn't qualify. Tennessee might, but I doubt they'd take the risk with an overall .500 coach who hasn't won his conference (yet).

UNC and Mississippi State are the two schools on that list that could poach him.  I don't think he's a fit at the others but if the dominoes start falling those are the spots I'd be worried about.

He also nearly gave up two onside kicks in the same year.
