Good timing on this article as I've been meaning to post and ask the board's thoughts on Adams leaving.  A Syracuse poster noted how ridiculously fast #87 looked in person and after reviewing film I agree.

He really hits the hole fast and with a purpose.

Who will take his place on the jet sweep?

Shhhhhhhh. We want all to focus on the sweep action. Not the sweep action counter.

So is that where we line up DJ on the opposite side of the field and hit him on a wide open go route?

I can attest to the fact that Adams runs this very well.  I was very close to the action on Saturday and he was even faster on the turf.  Guy has another gear like MM.  Neither will be caught from behind.  The downfield blocking continued to be very good vs Syracuse.

I'd like to see the wheel route that Jackson ran for several touchdowns last season.  It's a thing of beauty to see him standing all alone about 35 yards downfield waiting on the ball to arrive.

My flight leaves PHL tomorrow for a great weekend of football.

Seminole Warhawks on Friday night.

Bulls Saturday

Bucs Sunday.

Can't wait.

Go Bulls!

Him or maybe Jordan Reed

Nother sure if Reed is a serious possibility, but I thought I saw him run a couple in mop up duty against someone this year.

What about McCants?

If have to look up height/weight, but on the screen he looks at big and tall.   If so I don't think it translates well to the play.

Short with a fast shuttle and overall game speed.

Barr ran it last year if memory serves, before the position switch of Adams

Last I checked the scoreboard doesn't have a spot for current bank balance on it.

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."
