Don't want to read too much into it. If true and with an ongoing investigation, USF is probably just preparing for multiple scenarios. Spending time doing this later may be more costly to the next season, and we can't afford to be behind the curve.

Sounds like someone just trying to stir up negative press. 

Things have seemed a little unusually quiet with it lately...which makes me wonder that it might not be as bad as we're thinking.

Not too add any fuel to this bushwah but we did have a poster that he said he spotted COA heading to Arizona ( I think it was Arizona) .... which is neighbor to New Mexico.
