It's funny because I think some fans believe guys like Flowers everywhere.  That kid is special... he has something to him and it's going to take us a long way.

That is the most underrated attribute Flowers has. His ability to take care of the football and avoid negative yardage is a big part of what makes our offense go. These things are often overlooked because he so routinely avoids sacks and TFLs and rarely turns the ball over that fans seem to forget how rare those qualities are. Even more so when you factor in his ability to make explosive plays in conjunction with those abilities.

Hopefully this settles down both the overt and latent Woulard-at-all-costs crowd a bit.  

We have a QB, folks.  A good one, and maybe another good one in Kean.  Interested to see how he does the rest of the spring and summer.

That's why they have the practices...  I'm just so thankful we have some quality depth at QB.
