This may be the most stacked team we have ever had.

I believe this is the most stacked team we've ever had.

Exactly what I thought.  Despite the ridiculous statements of people on here to hand a job to someone who has never thrown a live pass over a guy who was the Team MVP and put up 34 TD's.

yup... I'm happy he put that to rest right away.  Only after a record breaking season would our fans route for an unproven backup QB to become the starter.  smh

He's already said that from the get-go, but I like the consistency.

And he's still not saying AW can't take the job from QF, it's just another way of saying it's Quinton's job to lose.

Gotta separate yourself from Kean before you come for the throne. All spots are up for competition after all

"I hear you guys talk a lot about the battle between Quinton Flowers and Asiantii (Woulard). It's really not a battle. Quinton Flowers has the job. He showed us what he can do. The battle is out of Asiantii and Brett Kean. Those guys can't compete against Quinton until one of them becomes a No. 2, and they're both fighting for it right now and they're both doing some really good things for us." Willie Taggart per Joey quote in article.   This was the entire quote.  Flowers is the guy....

So all of Taggart's comments over the years about competing for your job every single day is a bunch of bullhockey?

How do you compete to be the starter when you aren't clearly separating yourself from the other reserve QB? You've got to win one battle at a time...

According to Taggart he hasn't as well as the practice reports I've been getting from somebody who's been at every practice Flowers has consistently been the best QB out there. So, yes he's competing with Kean right now and not Flowers. But please share your first hand knowledge about this battle and enlighten me. Oh wait....
