Is that an automatic thing, or is that a hope of the parties involved in the contract?

Glad we are all in agreement about OCS..... Now how do we come up with $150 Million for the stadium and 30 million for a nice parking garage?

And according to that list USF is 8 miles from RJS....maybe "as the crow flies", but not in road miles. AAA puts it at 11.2 miles from Leroy Collins to the RJ.

USF needs to announce something right after we win our BOWL game.

A green and gold stadium sounds great to me. We aren't ECU, so the pirate motif cramps our style. We aren't bovine swashbucklers after all.

Considering the Unstoppable campaign has raised a total of $886,237,260 dollars since it was started (less than 10 years ago??).  I think we could come up with that kind of funding some way some how.

most out of towners would have no clue. It's like the Miami Beach Bowl in being in Little Havana. Most are none the wiser.
