I would have been OK to put Bench in the last drive.

I am OK with having left QF in on the last drive. There is something about letting the starting QB take the victory formation being good for his psyche.  Even if the victory formation is from the shotgun.

I thought it was funny that he ran up from the shotgun position to the line to kneel down

I was wondering if he didn't want to lose those extra yards in his stats.  If so, it probably goes along with how competitive he's described as.

We needed to give the snapper the extra reps. By the look of things, he still needs them.

I have always been on the QF side of things. I was not saying that we should put him in as a starter but when the game is on lock we need to protect our starter and make sure our backup is serviceable. Also I would not say to call pass, pass pass, just run what we have seen so well run run pass and hopefully he picks up a first down. Even if we punt it our defense was playing well and there would not have been time for another TD by the orange. Maybe I was misunderstood. I was not talking about the 4th quarter just the final drive or two we had.

Gotcha. I was a little worried as 'Cuse put up a quick score to get within a TD and then we pulled away.

I know you were joking but I am worried that 5 games in and the snaps are still high. Throws off the timing on the run plays and WR screens. And since that is the majority of the offense...

If only Flowers wasn't so short ... wouldn't be an issue for a taller QB.

I'm unconcerned after looking at his QBR.

How tall was Evyld? I remember him having trouble with snaps.

Which is what, exactly?  And is it well above average, or significantly higher than average?

It's not an issue with how the QB is handling snaps.  It's an issue with the center snapping too high, in this case.  Flowers is doing a great job corralling those high snaps.
