I'm sad we weren't able to save his job. You'd think he could point to the signature win against us and be given a few more weeks.

Is this why people turned on Taggart so quickly? You think we are going to make a true splash hire? You guys have a drastic misunderstanding of where we fall on the pecking order.

umm? I think you are mistaken good sir. We are ranked at a lofty 100 and something and have maintained our perch there for sometime now. The coaches will be lining up to take this team over.

he went 7-6 in his 3rd year after going 2-10 and 4-8 (sound familiar) he also gets paid double what Taggart gets paid.

 

oh and they just gave him a 3 year extension in June of this year raising his salary to $2.5M per year.

Edsall is in his 5th season. 2-10, 4-8, 7-6, 7-6 (3 year extension) and will get axed this season.

Who cant out coach Taggs?  Not hard to do if you have a half a brain minimum and some football IQ.
