it is all speculation until they hit the field

all conjecture

our defense didn't seem that bad!

why would coach allen take this job?  is he a head coach in waiting?

The better question is the over/under on when you will hit 100,000 post. :offtopic:

Over/under on how many of those posts will actually contain any substance.

What happens first, smazza's 100,000th post or CWT's 25th win as a head coach?

Slick, how has that Elite 11 MVP fared so far in his college career?

How soon did Aaron Rogers start when signed in the draft?

start? I don't think Woulard is in their 3 deep.

Rodgers was backing up a future hall of famer

Or, he's the freshman backup to a possible first rounder.

If AW was the back up, why did Neuheisel get game experience and not him? Was he hurt?

No idea. All I know is that he's a redshirt freshman behind one of the best QBs in the country and people are saying proof of him sucking is that he's not starting. I typed in UCLA depth chart and this is what I got.

they don't have an official depth chart. not even from bleacher report. many sites have it reversed including rivals who has a walk-on who got snaps last year listed as their #3 and Neuheisel as #2. I would say considering Neuheisel got snaps this year that Woulard is no better than 3rd. Oh and they signed the #1 prep QB in the country this year as an early enrolee.

Considering Taggart is at 22 wins as a head coach, I'll go ahead and take Taggart on this one.  Even if he's fired next year and never picks up a head job again, I think he'll get at least 3 wins he needs.

This is what the UCLA VooDooFive says on the matter. Don't care one way or the other, but they seem to think Neuheisel getting snaps this year has zero bearing on next year and project AW as the starter.

that was written March 2014.

Here is an article one month later in the LA Daily  News that talks of Woulard's struggles that spring.

Seems to me he might not be all they thought.

If they had plans to use him next year, the #1 prospect in the country likely doesn't sign and he would have played in front of Neuheisel.

Neuheisel had 30 pass attempts in a 20-17 game against Texas when the starter got hurt. that right there tells you who their backup was this year.
