MB/MG/BJD were all athletic quarterbacks, not an athlete learning quarterback.

MB/MG/BJD got to operate in a system tailored to quarterback mobility.

We are still in the hunt for a bowl, technically...so, no.

Personally... I'd like to see White start the next game.

I would certainly let him start the next game. SMU is so bad that you can always pull him at half time if he's not making it.

Might as well see what you've got.

I can't understand why he's been on the field at all. At this point in his development he doesn't seem to add anything to this offense, and that's saying something. But if we've burned the redshirt I guess I could see bringing him in...but then are we saying White is a practice QB for the next two years?...just seems to be grasping at straws.

I haven't seen enough of him on the field to make a judgement call on whether he should start or not, but if his mechanics are as bad as they were at the beginning of this year during practice...I don't think it will work out.

However, if he HAS changed some things up, and he's able to run the offense, play the kid.

I'd rather take lumps for the next 3 games knowing we found a stable starting QB for the future. It would be worth it.

kind of reminds me of the Mike White situation last year. Based on Mike's potential last year, many of us thought he was the QB of the future. Now, not so much. I say no matter what we better recruit as many QBs as we can and get a transfer in here so we don't do this again in 2015.
