I'm guessing we will see all 3 QB's today. With flowers will he be allowed to throw or will they have him only run that's the question.

So White will be put in for the obligatory turn over?

Pot-shots are not productive.

Turn overs are disastrous.

^ Did you have another premonition? We don't even know who will come out in the second half yet.

Honestly, there can be no comparison between SB's running ability & MG/BJD. This game reminded me that yeah, he can run better than MW, but he has little burst and lateral movement to make a defense have to adjust. We just don't have any good options at QB this year...unfortunately.

The issue today was UH had an effective pass rush. And the receivers had a case of stone hands, again. But considering it was against a UH defense known for their turnovers, it could have been worse.

One thing I noticed is that SB didn't seem to have any arm strength when he was passing on the run.  On a few plays, he badly underthrew to an open receiver as he was scrambling to his right.  Both SB and MW seem out of their element if they don't drop back and plant.

He threw across his body, running left, and it was a completion. A couple passes looked like the ball slipped.

Well done CWT, you started Bench and gave him a crappy game plan setup to fail miserably.

At least the critics, myself included, will be silenced now for wanting Bench start in the future.

If Whites hand is OK moving forward I think we've seen the last of Bench.

Hilarious he's blaming the RB's !

"....I don’t think Steven did anything to lose the game,’’ Taggart said. “I thought he did some good things, but we didn’t play well overall. I don’t care who is at quarterback if we can run the football. Our backs have got to do a better job."

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."
