Who do you start, QB-A or QB-B?

QB-A

C/ATT 9/14

Yards 147

Avg 10.4

TD 2

INT 0

QB-B

C/ATT 11/19

Yards 92

Avg 4.8

TD 0

INT 2

.

Stat's are for the drag strip, play whoever has the "it" factor and can win.

That said I think I'll take the unproven QB-C at this point (ie: Flowers).

I'm with Two-K

Start Flowers against UH

Stats are great. Bench's passes look like punts. He's not a good QB.

They get to the receiver.  White's passes look beautiful when they are off target and get picked.

You can't make an informed decision without seeing how they look in practice and knowing who you anointed the starter at the beginning of the season.

http://www.myfoxtampabay.com/story/21748725/2013/03/20/do-something-excited-coach-taggart-tells-bulls

"I told them we are not going to give you anything," said Taggart. "No one out there is going to give us anything. Anything we get, we've got to earn it. If they want playing time, they have to earn it. You can't take a day off."

Oh really.

According to Taggert's press conference, it was ok for White to take Friday night off, and yet he still is planning on letting White start next week. So much for practicing what you preach Willie.

CWT is just starting the QB that gives USF the best chance to win. That is all he is doing. USF fans have to be crazy to think CWT will start the QB that gives USF the least chance.

:roflmao:

Take out the blown coverage TD that had nothing to do with being a better QB...

That puts the stats for QB A at:

C/ATT 8/13

Yards 80

Avg 6.15

TD 1

INT 0

Sure it does....he had the vision to see it and deliver.

At the rate our recruits are decommiting, we may not have other choices next year

Why would you take out any TD? It showed up on the scoreboard just like any other TD. Might as well take away the TDs from UC that were a result of or set up by bad defensive failures and their QBs wouldn't have looked as impressive either. But football doesn't work like that. They took advantage of more opportunities than we did.

Because Bench does not deserve credit for that TD -- when trying to compare statistics.  That had nothing to do with Bench's skills or ability.

Does he get credit for it? Sure.  But in this "blind taste test" as it were, the TD makes Bench look like he had a better game than he really did.

And we'll never know if White would have skipped it to him on 2 hops.

But we can give an educated guess...
