UCONN D was worn out, thanks to our O line & the RBs. I love the shot of Mack, after a great run, popped up and immediately found the O line and gave em all a pat on the helm. Yes, sir. Saw that early, and loved it. The O Line got called out, and Mack publicly praising them is true leadership...from a freshman. Impressive. I noticed this too. Very unselfish, mature and respectful on his part. I am sure that kind of attitude goes over really well with teammates. Agreed DEL, this kid is rapidly rising up my favorite Bulls chart as well. He might transfer if so.

I think he'd play with an injury to the top 3.

I'll give Taggart, he makes some tough RBs. They just charge through the defense. I thought the same thing. I also thought about the fun I might have watching these guys over the next few years. Mack and Johnson are tough nosed true freshman. Tice is hard to bring down and that one kid just bounced off of him dazed.

Love the way Tice and Mack are running. Johnson has some nice plays too. My top play was when Tice lowered his shoulder and crushed that Uconn defender, twas a thing of beauty for tough runner fans. Feels like we would have been the injured one in the past. I love seeing our players deliver punishing hits. Even better that an offensive player was doing it to a defender legally. All 1st and 2nd year players. Look forward to development at this position.
