In the last fiscal year, USF had 2,100 donors for the Athletics program. Out of the 12-team conference (including Navy), this number ranks USF 11th.

In comparison, UCF has 4,100 annual donors, nearly twice as many.

 

 

 

I'd rather have 2,100 people donating $10,000 each than 4,100 donating $500

 

Much easier to make them feel welcome

 

 

Why can't we have 2,100 donating $10K AND 4,100 donating $500?  We can if Willie and Orlando win.  It's all about winning and putting something out there enjoyable to watch.

As a smaller donor (Green Jacket) I have to say I have been pretty impressed so far with Harlan and the level of communication we have gotten.  They seem to want our feedback and are trying to include us in as many things as possible (tailgate, bulls club membership packets etc)  As you guys mention..we have to win.  I know my group went from 12 down to just two of us in the last three years but hopefully we can get them back.

Had Harlan arrived 5 years ago we'd likely be in a much better spot...Woolard rode Leavitt's coattails, then slayed the golden goose.

 

Harlan, or just about any other professional, has better crisis management skills.

Woolard is gone Bear, move on.  Student section is not all we need.  As others have said, now we have to win and that will make Harlan's job a lot easier.

 

 

The funny thing is, his contract is until June 30th, 2015 -- He's still here... Not the AD, but he's getting paid
