Until we put 40-50K every game no matter the record it will never happen. I don't believe that. I think building one would help boost attendance and finally start creating permanent traditions and help boost our program to heights its never seen. USF needs to finally get the ball moving and start a campaign drive similar to how they did with Unstoppable. No time like the present to start saving for the future. OCS would increase attendance for the first couple of games due to the novelty of the new stadium.
