Tulane will be playing in their new OCS this weekend for the first time as well

OCS > No OCS

All of you old folks will have to deal with it sooner or later.

I don't hear any of you complaining about the Sun Dome? Why do you think they would build an OCS that isn't on par with that?

Show me one person, old or otherwise, that has said that they don't want on OCS?

An OCS will not put more butts in the seats.  Winning does.  Anyone that thinks otherwise is deluded.  In fact, an OCS would probably mean less students as I can't imagine the student section being nearly as bis as it is now.

But what butts are in the seat they keep the most of the money.

I was only arguing the attendance issue.  Obviously, on the financial issue, it is better to rent RJS than to build our own or we wouldn't be doing it.

Until our season ticket holder base becomes larger and more consistent, I agree. I want an OCS badly, but I realize that to build one now would likely be like throwing money down a hole. This team needs to win, and our fanbase needs to learn to support during the lean and fat years. We've had some seriously lean years in Bull Country the past four seasons.

There have been plenty on these boards that talk up Ray J and say we don't need an OCS. I do not feel like digging through posts, but every one knows this has been said more than once.

Yes, I agree and I know some of them.  They love it because of the beer and it is closer to their house (St. Pete residents).

Need and want are two totally different things.  We don't NEED ONE, but I think everyone would like to see one (just not a cheap one)

We need to start winning games and titles before we look at OCS but a indoor practice facility makes the most sense right now

Winning cures most ills.

Especially the cold.
