Well, my mailing address is in Apopka. I'm moving in less than a week, so we'll see how that goes.

Ok then. The question was "where's our home?"

"Where's" is a contraction for 'where is,' so since "is" refers to the present, aka 'now,' the question must be asking where our home currently is at this moment in time.

What the question fails to mention is whom the pronoun "our" is referring to. That leaves the answer open to virtually endless possibilities, depending on the interpretation of each reader of the question.

Since the question was posed on the main board, I can only assume the question was posed with the intent of "our" to mean the USF Bulls. Since this is on the main athletics board, and not the alma mater board, and since not all athletics play their home games on campus, that is why I must stick with my answer of Tampa, Florida for the question this thread poses.

Your technical, grammatical breakdown of the thread title overlooked a key point.

I couldn't find Where's on a map anywhere ...

Touché!

Carrollwood...Fairway Village, just off Casey.

But in the football sense, it would have to be USF. RayJ serves that one singular purpose: gameday. It's not where the practice field is located; it's not where the coach's office is located, it's not where the AD's office is located, it's not where the locker room is and not where the equipment is stored. It's not where the students reside and it's not where the USF ticket office is located. Everything associated with football - except the game day field - is located at USF.

I s'pose in the broad sense of the word, home would be "Tampa" to include both the stadium and the campus.

Or was the question really another rendition of "do you want to continue to play at RayJ or do you want an OCS"?

Harlan is pulling events on campus; because we need to market our campus.

Then win on the field.

Test the waters for an OCS (the spring game was just a teaser of potential).

Harlan is pulling events on campus; because we need to market our campus. because 2,000 people in Ray Jay looks pitiful.

Wait so you are saying that having less than 20k needlessly spread out into 3 levels of stadium with empty red seats looks horrible on television? I hope the new athletic department notices this year.
