 Think we will see some big changes quickly.

The big changes are here already. Whether the big changes translate to an improvement in AAC record next year, I'm not so sure. I'm thinking that the big jump in conference record will come in Coach O's second season at the helm (I hope).

The changes I was referring to, will be in style of play. Coming soon to a Dome near you.

All I'm looking for is some aggressiveness and solid fundamentals (shooting, ball control, etc) for this first season. I do think it's possible they'll be playing higher than expectations, but that would be gravy to me.

No.  Some past coaches allowed the team mold itself and then they tried to manage it.
