Because our ad was a senior executive in the organization that fired Howland 12 months ago.

After that, why would Howland or Harlan want to work together ever again.

How could Harlan convince Judy that Howland is a great coach? Why would Howland ever trust Harlan?

Unless Harlan had a hand in the Howland firing like McGillis had a hand in the Leavitt firing, I can't see it matters.

 

Did all of our associate ADs have a hand in the Holtz firing?  Would Holtz even be able to name them?
