Unless Harlan had a hand in the Howland firing like McGillis had a hand in the Leavitt firing, I can't see it matters.

 

Did all of our associate ADs have a hand in the Holtz firing?  Would Holtz even be able to name them?

Holtz was an abject failure. He knows exactly why he was fired. He doesn't wonder who stabbed him in the back.

Howland firing was similar to Leavitt. Both men were left wondering what happened. I'd be surprised if he trusts anyone from UCLA.

Hold on, apparently we can't do anything until Monday when our AD starts working. And even then, our search firm will have to recommend it while other schools are out actually hiring people.

That cant be right. Why in the hell would we fire Heath this year then? Why not give Heath another year?? Like I said, I am going to reserve judgment until the next hoops coach is hired. He could be still coaching a team that is playing right now for all that we know. So be patient on this one.
