Maybe Higdon decommitted because he knew Ray Ray was coming to USF [wishful thinking]

Don't follow closely enough, but McCloud certainly seemed to be rated higher with a more impressive offer list.

He just won the Guy Toph award and received the trophy with Dabo Sweeney and other Cemson coaches by his side.  He's not coming to USF.

I have been impressed with Taggart's recruiting ability in down times, but at this point in our progression we just aren't going to be ble to pull a player like this absent extraordinary circumstances. If you're holding your breath on him you're going to be sorely disappointed.
