I saw Threatt, Calloway, Tice, Robbins get in the game.

Not sure but that is a recruiting selling point... Come to usf and start ha I like seeing the young guys looking better than upper classmen.

If the OL improves somewhat, I think at some point we'll see White in there.

Don't get why we waste tice's redshirt. Shaw and Pierce should be 1-2 for this yr.

shaw is a senior.time to gain experience.

 

kids want to come to school to play. not sit and play scout team for a year. show recruits you're willing to play true freshmen and that is a selling point.

Kids coming out of HS nowadays aren't like they were 10 years ago.  They are physically ready to go if they are a legit talent.  Here's the thing, if they are really good, you won't see 4 years any way.  That's why Saban is so lethal.  If you are a stud, he finds a way to put you on the field at least some and that sucks the next 3 studs in behind that guy.  The only guys who should be redshirting are a QB and OL.

Stupid to burn a redshirt 4 games in but hey this is the year of stupid decisions. If he was ready to play then why wait this long. If we are going with this rationale then why not put white in at QB? Shaw is running great, in reason to play time is a shaw injury!

True freshman can come in and make a impact. If they dont bite as puppies, they won't bite as big dogs. Time to see what we have
