Only untouchable redshirt this year should be White. All bets are off this year simply play the best talent this year.

The best player needs to be out on the field period. That includes the guys that are giving 100% even as the clock hits double zeros. No room for divas. 

It also includes the guys that you recruited that will fit your system and only get better as the years come.

Why take carries away from the only brightspot on this team? If you do, Marcus Shaw might as well just quit now and let the "younger" guys play. He has played his heart out this year. I was not a big Shaw fan as last year I thought his attitude was bad but he has ran hard and is the only consistent thing this season. Is it worth burning a redshirt this year for 3-5 carries for 8 games? I think not but I am not a coach along with many more on here. Its just an opinion. Reducing Shaws carries if he is healthy is would send the wrong message.

Why is White's redshirt sooooo untouchable? The other 3 qbs have established one thing, they all turn the ball over and lose.

Its not hard to figure out what CWT is doing, Yeah he is burning some redshirts, but this year is lost anyway. Get the experience and start to bring the younger guys around. The team will be better next year for it. The second offensive touchdown occurred in garbage time but there were a few frosh playing on both sides of the ball. Coach is checking out what he has got and what he is going to need. CWT is already working on next year and the first step is to figure who is good and who isn't. If White continues to get better in practice we will see him later this year. Coach is beginning to separate the players from the scrubs.

Im glad everyone has so much confidence in Coach. He had spring and summer to evaluate talent and he couldn't field a team to beat McNeese State and FAU. I hope you all are right and we aren't seeing desperation moves at this point.

"Burning" a redshirt with 2/3 of the season left to play is not a bad decision. If the guys who are here can't get it done then give someone else a try.

A bad decision is taking a redshirt from a guy who was the 3d string quarterback when the starter goes down because you're trying to save your job and are scared of the 2d string guy.
