This team had 9 months of rainbows and unicorns before getting smoked by McNeese. Did anyone really think those were going to make us a decent team for today?

At least Bench is a running threat.  Put him in.  Eveld is not going to bring us back and win this game.  If Bench makes a couple of mistakes and we lose by 20 who cares.  Perhaps he provides a spark that we can build on in the coming weeks.

He has truly been the MVP for Michigan State -- lacking his two turnovers this is a 6-0 game!
