I believe that if they send you a written offer, then it's comtmitable

There is no such thing as a commitable offer. It was made up by Major colleges so they could keep a kid in limbo if they wished. No NCAA rules ever even mention a "commitable" offer. NLI or no NLI, that is the question. Only happens in Feb.

 

When do the NLI's get sent out?

Usually a couple weeks before signing day.
