But at Mississippi State it's pretty clear he WILL NOT start in 2013. That's not even up for debate. He would in all likelihood redshirt in 2013 and then compete with Dak Prescott in 2014. And if you watch Dak come in at the end of the Alabama game and take the team down the field and score a touchdown...if I were him I can't consider the outcome of that competition to be a given by any means. And Dak will have another year under his belt of scoring touchdowns on wildcat packages while Bench defenselessly rides the pine on a redshirt. And if Tyler Russell gets hurt and Prescott comes in and kills it, that competition is over before it starts.
