In reality, I suspect that someone jumped the gun on him being committed.  We never heard it from Flowers himself.

Flowers has gone from 4* to NR to  currently(this afternoon)2*  on Rivals Why anyone gives money to pay sites, I'll never get. It's like loaning the guy that's banging your wife, money. I mean look at this guys offer list. What stupidity.

Wait never mind, just consulted twitter. He committed to USF then his older brother told him he wants him to go out of the state, so he de-committed, now has Nebraska, Tennessee, TCU, Alabama and Texas as his top five, but says USF still in the mix and he might take a visit there soon.
