Its gonna be the band and a handful of beefstuds for this bowl game.

One of the biggest schools in the nation and we can't get ANYONE behind our team...

Brutal...

GO BULLS!!!

8va

this is nothing but a glorified away game for a 7-5 team. at least this year it's against a decent opponent.

of course bowl people want you to think it's something special.

I'd rather see us play at Clemson in their stadium with their game day experience.

Just have to win more next year. Start dominating next season and those bandwagon fools will be packing the stadium. Sucks that Tampa has so many bandwagon fans, but it is what it is.

More accurately, it sucks that USF has so many bandwagon students and alumni in the area, but it is what it is.

The fact nobody has a number count is scary. And the whole Clemson is close doesn't mean squat. Louisville is expected at 6-6 to bring more fans to the St Pete Bowl than we did!!! They have already sold out their allotment. USF fans have a long way to go and it isn't looking good for that happening any time soon

GA tweeted - Ticket update for Meineke bowl: Clemson has sold 9,000 tickets, USF 2,800 out of 12,500 allotments; 40,000 total. http://tinyurl.com/25wu2q6

USF 2800 sold per Greg Auman. Clemson 9000 sold.

There still time and we will probably sell 4k or so, which is not great. BUT as I stated in another thread our AD needs to get more creative in encouraging Bowl tickets sales. How about those that buy bowl tix are first up for tickets for the ND game? Or how about a $25 dollar voucher to be used to buy season tickets?

Lets face it leaving sunny Florida on a Dec31 bowl game in cold Charlotte to watch two struggling schools its for die hards. You add that to bad economic conditions and is a bad proposition.
