He's willing -- he came to me, said 'Coach, I just want to play. I hate what we're going through. Any way I can be of use to this team. I'll play receiver. I'll do whatever. It kills me to stand over there and not play and watch and see some of the frustrations we're going through as a program."http://www.tampabay.com/blogs/bulls/content/freshman-mitchell-gets-look-receiver

:clap

I don't know how much if at all another inexperienced reciever will help the offense, but you gotta love that attitude from your best athlete.

I love the attitude and I love that Skip is thinking about all his options. I think this is definitely worth a shot...

I have thought about him being a WR in few weeks ago.  Because I see that he has good speed and hands.. But I think he is going to learn lot.. i.e.) he dives for a fair catch from punt often.

I think I called this one a few weeks ago. Not saying him specifically but that we could pull a defensive back or two to help the offense. These fast guys can make the opposing defenses have to respect the long field....

I could see him more as a tailback on some sweeps.

Already got Shaw and Lamar that should be tried there first ...

not sure how well he'll do getting open on routes...

Kind of thought the same thing ... Last thing BJ, or one of the rooks, need is more inexperience there.

Every time Shaw touches the rock, somebody gets flagged. The kid's jinxed, LOL.

Hope he shakes it off, since he looks to have some great speed and moves.

Run him on the fly pattern like we did CMitch. If he gets a step BJ can hit that.

Did he play wr in hs at all?

I'd rather see Webster move, he played the position in hs, and hasn't been super impressive at cb to this point.

It would be nice to see this ungodly speed on offense, but it does us no good if Daniels cannot find him downfield.  The play would have to be called to T-Rex because Daniels will not look to see if he is open as a secondary receiver.
