Well I think Mike Ford is a mudder.  So is Ben Williams.

We may have a little less from Aston Samuels and probably very little yards after the catch.

I like Ford's balance in conditions like that.  Ben....not so much.  He might lose his feet a lot more than Ford.  Just my 2 cents.

Aston might be able to run a bit in this game....defense has to run on the same crappy field to tackle him.

More so than cutting ability is the field slowing Aston down.  He is very fast in space, but he may not be able to get a lane as quick on this surface.

Like I said before the Ucon game Florida Boys + Cold weather=Bad football

That's true - add to the fact that the field at Pitt will be wet & sloppy just like the field at UConn, and we may be screwed...

^^ yea but at UCONN we didn't want to run the ball like we have been lately.  Hopefully we'll need very little QB draws and hopefully no injuries.

The main difference is that for whatever reason we were not running the ball in that game.  This made no sense to me.  Here you have a rainy condition and a wet ball and I think there were at least 3 key mistakes due to throwing, catching, or snapping the wet ball in a shotgun.

Meanwhile UCONN runs ball up middle in bad weather condition.  I didn't get our strategy at all in that game.
