On paper, the matchup looked entertaining and then the Tulane starting QB and 3 starting receivers weren't playing.  With the transfer portal, bowl season is a joke.

I also like the weird games.  I like the earlier bowl games more and I'm usually tuned out completely after New Years day.

The AAC is minor league college football. More often than not, they will lose their bowl games against P5 teams. It is what it is.

Yeah, I should of just posted that to begin with ....... reality is that SMU was lucky to have the resources and geography to pull off the "smart" move.

Yep, I also sweat more when it is hot outside versus when it is cold.
