That's pretty cool they were from the same town. Edit: Only knew that about Hiller because I was a Giants fan and that World Series is my first memory of watching the WS on TV. Only other guy on here that might no that would be @smazza as he is also a Giants fan. But now sure if he's as old as I am. I think the service requirement kicks in after 2 years at the Academy (I wanna say I read that somewhere, but I could also be wicked wrong on that). Also probably still have some service requirements after college regardless of whether they finished at their given Academy or another university.
